A qualitative researcher by discipline, Tom has worked as a brand strategist with sixteen years’ experience across advertising, market research and consultancy. During that time, he has helped companies develop new products, position their brands and create credible communications through research designed to better understand audiences.
Des is a trained anthropologist and marketeer with over a decade of global experience in research and branding. He has worked for the some of the world’s leading insight agencies and is skilled in a wide range of qualitative research approaches. Des is passionate about using Authentic Contact to help brands across industries, from FMCG to tech, truly understand their audiences and grow deep, meaningful connections with them.
